The approximate delivery time for Tracked Mail by Poczta Polska:

- Europe: 1/5 weeks

- USA: 2/8 weeks

- the rest of the world: 2/12 weeks or longer

At the moment I need 2 to 10 working days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) to complete and send your order. Please make sure your address is up to date, your mobile number could be provided and help to deliver your order. All products in my shop are handmade and made to order.

As all products are made to order therefore I do not accept returns or exchanges,

but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

For the printed fabrics the pattern placement may vary. Due to monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online. All of my Chalk Bags are handmade so no two are exactly alike.

Please bear in mind, that all climbing equipment used for photos is for my personal use,

it is not a product placement.

International buyers:

Please note that some countries may charge customs fees, duties, and/or taxes on items being imported from a foreign country. These fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the addressee (including gift recipients) to pay.

International orders may take between 1 and 12 weeks or longer for delivery, depending on how the item moves through the customs inspection process.

Please check with your country’s customs department to learn if your order will be charged a fee

before it can be delivered.

Important information:

If your order is returned to me, I will issue a partial refund. Postage fee of 6,60 Euro will be deducted from you order total.

Delivery time will be much longer during November & December and any other bank holidays. Orders sent in December are not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas & New Year. Please get in touch with me.

Ponieważ wszystkie produkty są wykonywane na zamówienie, dlatego proszę o przemyślane zakupy i proszę wziąć pod uwagę iż nie przyjmuję zwrotów ani wymian.

Dla tkanin drukowanych rozmieszczenie wzoru może się różnić. Ze względu na różnice w monitorach, rzeczywiste kolory mogą różnić się od tych, które widoczne są online.

Proszę mieć na uwadze, że jakikolwiek sprzęt wspinaczkowy użyty na zdjęciach jest przeznaczony do mojego użytku osobistego, nie jest to umieszczenie produktu/reklama.

Czas doręczenia: 2-5 dni roboczych.

Czas dostawy będzie znacznie dłuższy w listopadzie i grudniu oraz w inne dni wolne od pracy. Zamówienia wysłane w grudniu nie są gwarantowane do dostarczenia przed Świętami Bożego Narodzenia i Nowym Rokiem. Proszę skontaktuj się ze mną.
